I am a UKCP-accredited Couples, Family and Systemic Psychotherapist and biblical counsellor, offering compassionate therapy to individuals, couples and families seeking hope, healing and lasting change.
Drawing on my training in systemic family therapy and biblical counselling, I offer a safe and thoughtful space to explore the difficulties you are facing, understand the patterns that may be keeping you or your relationships stuck, and discover new ways forward. Whether you are struggling with your mental health, experiencing difficulties in your relationships, navigating family challenges, or wanting to explore questions of faith, my aim is to walk alongside you with warmth, compassion and understanding.
I bring experience from working across the NHS, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, the charitable sector and church-based settings, supporting adults, children, young people, couples and families with a wide range of emotional, relational and mental health difficulties. This breadth of experience has shown me both the complexity of the challenges people face and the possibility of meaningful change.
Alongside my clinical work, I have been invited to speak at Christian conferences and charities and am an Associate Lecturer at Oak Hill Theological College, where I teach on complex pastoral issues.
My Christian faith shapes both my understanding of people and my commitment to treating every person with dignity, compassion and respect. You do not need to share my faith to feel at home here. Whatever your beliefs or background, Living Hope Practice offers a safe and welcoming space to explore your experiences and relationships and work towards greater emotional wellbeing, healthier relationships and lasting change.
